Terms that apply to work performed by Monarca Steel Services LLC and to use of this website.
Estimates
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the scope, measurements and site conditions described at the time of the request. Changes discovered on site may adjust the final price, and we will confirm any change before proceeding.
Scheduling
Work is scheduled after an estimate is approved. Material lead times, weather and site access can affect timelines; we communicate changes as soon as we know them.
Site access and safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the work area and disclosing hidden utilities, gas lines or combustible materials near the work zone.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each estimate. Larger fabrication projects may require a material deposit before work begins.
Workmanship
We stand behind our welds and fabrication. Issues caused by our workmanship are corrected; damage from misuse, modification or unrelated failures is not covered.
